A Rainbow of dreams, hopes, and love

This year’s Lag BaOmer celebration turned into a true adventure for the families of our community

Volunteers, as always, filled this day with a special atmosphere of care, joy, and inspiration.

The celebration began with a cozy discussion about the history of Lag BaOmer – not in a typical classroom, but in a tent, where silence was accompanied by the whispering of children, curiosity in their eyes, and attentive respect for tradition. This is how living Jewish wisdom is passed down – from soul to soul.

Meanwhile, outside, a real bonfire was set up – a symbol of the holiday, hope, and spiritual light. Smiles, the smoke of delicious treats, crispy toasts on sticks, caramel notes from baked goodies, and the pure thrill of teens on a homemade zip line! Children tested themselves, overcame fears, supported each other – swinging high into the air, as if reaching for their dreams.

This day became not just a celebration, but a warm memory we will cherish for a long time. Thanks to the coordinated work of the volunteers, simple moments turned into something magical, shared, and genuine.

We truly lit a rainbow – of dreams, hopes, and love. And may it shine over our community for a long time to come.
