A Sense of Unity

Preserving traditions by elderly people is not just about the past; it is about the present and future.

As part of the "Shabbat Guest" project, our volunteers continue to bring warmth and care to those who need it most. They regularly visit elderly and mobility-impaired members of our community, sharing positive emotions and, of course, traditional challahs they bake themselves. These meetings foster the most sincere and strong friendships.

For many, the weekly Shabbat gatherings have become an important part of daily life, helping to combat loneliness and isolation. Thanks to the volunteers, elderly and mobility-impaired members of the community feel needed and understand that there are people who can care for them.

We thank our volunteers who lovingly organize the Shabbat meetings. You bring the warmth of the holiday into the homes of the elderly and fill their days with meaning, light, and kindness. Thanks to you, traditions live on, and hearts are warmed!
