Acts of Kindness
In anticipation of the bright Passover, volunteers, as part of the "Day of Good Deeds" campaign, fulfilled an important mission.
Good deeds are especially important in the run-up to the bright holiday of Passover. Volunteers from the center in Khmelnytsky decided to help those who, due to circumstances, are unable to attend community holiday events due to mobility restrictions. As part of the "Day of Good Deeds" campaign, volunteers delivered food packages to their wards for the Seder.
Participants in the online program "Let's Connect" received everything they needed for the festive ritual dinner and were able to feel part of a large family, despite the difficulties they face. Each food package was delivered directly by volunteers, and the hosts received the necessary confirmation of care and participation. Members of the community with limited mobility strive to observe traditions, and our volunteers made efforts to help them do so.
Many families were able to spend time at the festive table, surrounded by relatives and loved ones, feeling the support and care of the community. This festive Seder was special and joyful for them, as it should be according to centuries-old tradition. We thank our volunteers for their desire to change the lives of others for the better! With your actions, you help support those who find themselves in difficult life situations!
This wonderful campaign became a manifestation of kindness and human participation, inspiring good deeds and bringing together caring people, of whom there are many in our society. Let's continue to share the warmth of our hearts and make our world better every day!
