This charity initiative was launched to collect books across the Ukraine for patients in hospitals in Krivoy Rog. In April, the books were already handed over to various hospitals in the city: to the surgical department of KRIVORIZKA MKL No. 2 of the KMR, to the neurology department of hospital No. 16, the outpatient clinic for general practice - family medicine No. 4 of the KNP "TsPMSD No. 5" of the KMR and to the children's hospital No. 4 cities of Krivoy Rog.

It is important to note that the project collected books for both adults and children. This indicates that people of different ages and social groups are able to cooperate to achieve a common goal - improving mental well-being and providing peace to wounded defenders; about the high level of social responsibility and mercy on the part of adults and youth who seek to help those who need help and our support.

More than 150 people and three major publishing houses have united in a campaign to collect more than 300 books!

The patients who received the books left positive feedback about the project. One of the little patients said that the book helped her forget about the pain in her leg. Another little patient found a new friend in his book and is grateful for such an unusual gift.

Adult patients also expressed their gratitude and said that the book gave them hope and distracted them from pain.

This charity initiative shows that even small actions can have a big impact on the lives of others.

The books that were collected thanks to the efforts of civil society and publishing houses have become a ray of light for patients in hospitals in Krivoy Rog!
