Care Starts Small

For Children's Day, volunteers and teenagers took care of the place where young children play every day

Children's Day is not only about festive events and gifts. It is also an opportunity to think about what we can do for children every day to make their childhood safe, comfortable and filled with joyful moments.

That is why volunteers and young members of the AJT Neurim Junior club decided to dedicate this day to a good and useful cause. The team visited the playground of the Jewish group at Lastivka Preschool No. 41 to take care of the space where young children play every day.

For children, such changes may seem small, but they are what make everyday life more comfortable. A clean playground, a well-kept area and a safe place to play - all these are important parts of a happy childhood.

It is equally important that young people joined the initiative. For AJT Neurim Junior participants, it was an opportunity to do something useful for others with their own hands. After all, volunteering does not begin with large projects, but with a willingness to notice the needs around us and take action.

Children's Day became another reminder that caring for the future is not just about words. It means concrete actions, attention to the spaces where children grow up and a desire to make them a little better.

We sincerely thank everyone who joined this good cause and gave their time and effort. Together, we are creating more than just a clean playground. We are creating a space for children's laughter, play, friendship and happy memories.
