"Charity Concerts" Project has been operating in the Poltava Volunteer Community since 2020. 

The project coordinator is a professional musician-cellist Artem Kara, who has been thinking about charity for a long time. After getting acquainted with our volunteer center, his idea began to come to life. Many Poltava musicians supported the initiative of performing in the fresh air in order to help those in need. 

In 2020, a concert was held, at which the funds raised were directed to a 7-year-old girl undergoing treatment in the department of oncohematology. The second concert was aimed at collecting stationery in addition to the campaign "Bag to school". 

Each time the funds are collected for a different purpose, but the reasons why this is carried out are often not on the surface and many people do not even know about the need and possibility of helping those who need it so much.

Volunteers appeal to the consciousness of people to be more humane, more responsive and reveal important issues, the solution of which depends on each of us. 

In parallel, the cultural life of the city is an important issue. Musicians unite on a voluntary basis, following good unselfish intentions, feel unity and are always ready to respond to the proposals of such events.
