Creativity and Remembrance

As part of the international Good Deeds Day campaign, volunteers carried out two meaningful initiatives that once again showed that kindness can take many forms - through creativity, support, care, and respect for historical heritage.

One of the highlights was a creative workshop for children from the Jewish community, where young participants handcrafted colourful pen holders. Every creation was unique, as each child filled it with imagination, care, and positive energy. The workshop was filled with genuine emotions, warm conversations, and mutual support. Such gatherings not only nurture children's creativity but also teach them to work together, help one another, and find joy in creating something together.

Another meaningful initiative was the cleanup of the Jewish cemetery. Volunteers cared for the grounds, removing litter and overgrown vegetation while preserving a place that holds the history of many generations. This effort was more than maintenance - it was an expression of respect for the memory of those who came before us and a commitment to preserving this historical heritage for future generations.

The Good Deeds Day campaign once again reminded us that volunteering offers countless ways to make a difference. Some inspire children through creativity, others preserve historical memory, but every contribution is equally valuable. It is through these sincere acts that a strong community is built - one where kindness, care, respect, and mutual support thrive.
