Volunteers held a meeting for Hesed clients dedicated to Tu BiShvat, filling it with coziness and communication
As part of the “In the Circle of Friends” project, a special meeting took place, filled with warmth, calm, and sincere emotions. Together with Hesed clients, we gathered to create beauty and spend time in a circle of support and mutual understanding..
This time, the theme of creativity was the fruits of Tu BiShvat - symbols of life, growth, and renewal. Participants enthusiastically reached for paints and pencils, chose colors, experimented with shapes, and created their own bright compositions. Each drawing was unique - with its own mood, character, and a piece of the author’s soul.
The atmosphere of the meeting was truly cozy. Calm music was playing, quiet conversations were taking place, and sincere laughter occasionally filled the space with living joy. It was that rare moment when you can stop, breathe out, and simply be “here and now” - without rush, without unnecessary worries.
For many participants, this meeting became not only a creative activity but also a form of art therapy. Drawing helped to relax, distract from everyday concerns, feel inner harmony and peace. And it also gave a sense of unity, when there are people рядом with whom you can share emotions and simply be yourself.
In the “circle of friends,” not only are beautiful drawings born, but also true moments of joy, trust, and inspiration that stay with us for a long time.
