Creativity with Wine
Volunteers conducted a master class for participants of the "Golden Age" program at the Day Center of the HBF 'Chesed Besh'.
The volunteers at our center strive to make the lives of elderly members of the HBF 'Chesed Besh' more interesting and fulfilling. In anticipation of the long-awaited Purim holiday, they prepared a wonderful master class for participants of the "Day Center" program on wine painting, where attendees could showcase their talent and imagination using the ancient noble drink "out of the ordinary."
Wine painting is an unusual way to demonstrate artistic abilities, but our elderly beneficiaries enjoyed it! Under the guidance of volunteers, they created unique, unusual, and incredibly beautiful paintings. Additionally, the master class provided the elderly with an opportunity to socialize and immerse themselves in the festive atmosphere, as well as to develop attentiveness and artistic perception, which has a beneficial effect on cognitive abilities.
Following the tradition of Purim, the master class was filled with a joyful atmosphere. Attendees also recalled facts about the history and traditions of the holiday. But most importantly, they experienced great pleasure and fully enjoyed the pleasant pastime, as tradition dictates, as Purim is undoubtedly the happiest Jewish holiday!
The participants of the master class thanked the volunteers for unforgettable emotions and new experiences, as well as for the wonderful festive mood! We are confident that such events are important for elderly members of the community, enhancing the quality of their lives and bringing a sea of positive emotions!
