Culinary World

Project participants explored Tatar cuisine and prepared delicious barmak rolls and traditional khali

In our community, there is a wonderful tradition of preparing treats to warmly welcome guests. This time, as part of the “Culinary World” project, we embarked on a new gastronomic journey, exploring Tatar cuisine.

Under the attentive guidance of our talented volunteer, participants prepared an unusual and incredibly delicious dessert - barmak rolls. The aroma of fresh baking, friendly atmosphere, and enthusiastic conversations about culinary traditions created a sense of coziness and unity.

During the preparation, everyone not only discovered new recipes but also experienced culture through taste, connecting with the history and traditions of the Tatar people. After all, culinary arts are a wonderful way to understand others, bring hearts closer, and find shared values.

This gathering once again proved that through cooking, one can speak the language of friendship, respect, and love for the world. Every dish tells a story, every aroma carries a piece of culture, and every shared culinary day is a step toward mutual understanding.
