Development of Mind and Physical Harmony
The "golden" age of participants in the "Memory Puzzles" project cannot be an obstacle to learning and exploring new possibilities.
The Odessa center hosts a wonderful project called "Memory Puzzles" by the "LEV" volunteers, aimed at improving the quality of life for the elderly by enhancing their cognitive abilities.
Within the framework of the project, elderly members of our community work on improving memory, fine motor skills, imagination, and other functions that enable them to extend their active lives. Innovative methods of neuropractice and kinesiology are used during such meetings, allowing for achieving harmony between the mind and body.
The efforts of the volunteers are focused on improving and developing the cognitive abilities of our clients. To this end, they develop sessions that equally engage both mental and physical capabilities. With each new exercise, our elderly clients are convinced that age is not a barrier to learning and exploring new possibilities.
We thank our clients for their dedication to the project and perseverance in achieving their goals! We also express our gratitude to the volunteers for their commitment to improving the lives of members of our "golden age" community. Thanks to you, our clients have the opportunity to lead an active life, regardless of the number in their passports!
