Eco Workshop
As part of the To be-eco campaign, volunteers organized a fantastic workshop on creating florariums.
The To be-eco campaign, dedicated to the wonderful holiday of Tu BiShvat, became an excellent opportunity for volunteers from the Volunteer Community/Migdal to showcase their originality in promoting ecological awareness. They prepared an interesting workshop where our clients learned to create florariums.
A florarium is a closed mini-ecosystem placed in a transparent container, creating its own microclimate. It can be said that this is a small model of Nature itself, allowing you to see the interconnections of each element and understand how delicate and complex they are. Harming one thing can disrupt the entire system.
Creating florariums is an excellent way to raise awareness and responsibility for all living things around us. Moreover, it's a wonderful opportunity to introduce a bit of living nature into one's life without disrupting the fragile ecological balance.
The participants of the workshop learned about the importance of cherishing Nature and increasing eco-awareness. The florariums created by our clients' hands became a symbol of caring for Nature and showed that everyone can make a contribution to its preservation.
