Educational Program "Volunteer School 14.0"
The course "Volunteer School 14:0" brought together participants from different communities and prepared a new generation of more conscious and effective volunteers
From November 2 to November 30, the educational course "Volunteer School 14:0" took place, uniting caring and motivated people from different regions of Ukraine who are ready to grow, help others, and create positive change within their communities.
Dozens of participants joined the program with the goal not only of volunteering, but of doing it systematically, effectively, and without emotional burnout. From the very beginning of the course, participants engaged in introductions, exchanged experiences, and took part in discussions that became the foundation for further collaboration.
The program covered key topics of modern volunteering, including healthy volunteering practices, motivation, time management, legal aspects of volunteer activity, and working with different vulnerable groups. Special attention was dedicated to emotional well-being and burnout prevention.
The course was designed in a convenient learning format: participants received video lessons and practical assignments, allowing them to study at their own pace. At the same time, weekly online meetings created a space for live communication, discussions, and networking. Participants also joined podcast-style discussions on legal, moral, and ethical topics related to volunteering.
The project was implemented in a hybrid format - online at the national level and offline in the city of Kryvyi Rih. This approach successfully combined the flexibility of online learning with the value of in-person interaction.
As a result of the course, 46 graduates received completion certificates - 28 participants from the online program and 18 graduates from the offline training in Kryvyi Rih. These are motivated volunteers who now possess the knowledge and skills necessary to implement positive change within their communities.
"Volunteer School 14:0" became not only an educational course, but also a platform for growth, support, and inspiration. Because volunteering is not only about the desire to help - it is also a set of skills that allows people to do so effectively, responsibly, and while taking care of themselves.
The course once again proved that when there is knowledge, community, and a shared purpose - kindness does not simply multiply, it becomes a systematic force for change.
