Microgreens help to reduce the amount of toxins are recommended by the digestive specialists to reduce weight and improve the general state of hair and skin.
For the project “Garden on the balcony «and also to celebrate the holiday of Tu Bishvat, our volunteers from "Melitopol Volunteer Community" have planted microgreens for the elders that they are looking after.
That day a lot of volunteers and elders have heard of microgreens for the first time, but they are planning to integrate it in their ration on daily basis. This is a true helping hand that fills human body with healthy nutrition and energy, something that is so needed during this winter
