As part of the Tu BiShvat celebration, volunteers organized the "To be ECO" campaign, during which participants planted surprise plants
Ahead of the Tu BiShvat holiday, our community hosted a special "To be ECO" initiative - warm, meaningful, and full of life. While winter cold still reigns outside, a true celebration of life has already begun to grow in the hearts of the participants.
We did not simply celebrate the New Year of Trees - we planted the foundation for a small miracle. Each participant received a pot filled with soil and planted seeds inside... but what exactly would grow remained a secret. This "green surprise" became a symbol of faith and anticipation.
Right now, it is only a small promise of life hidden beneath the soil. The pots have already traveled to their new homes, and now everything depends on the care of their owners. Regular watering, a little sunlight, and most importantly - warmth and attention - will help the seeds grow.
Only with time, when the first leaves appear, will it become clear what kind of plant nature has gifted. This is the special magic of the initiative - the shared excitement of waiting and discovering together.
This campaign is not only about plants. It is about the idea that even during the coldest periods, we are still capable of growing light within ourselves. Our good deeds are seeds we plant today, and with care, they will surely blossom.
