This includes elderly people, people with disabilities, kids, low-income families, and so on. Due to the high volume of tasks and requests, a new voluntary initiative called “Hotline” has been launched.  

Daily, two volunteers are on the receiving end of around twenty calls with different requests. People are asking for help with the medical supplies, groceries, hygiene products.

With constant support of “American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee”, "World Jewish Relief" Foundation, initiative center focused on activity and development of social field “Ednannia”, “Dutch Jewish Humanitarian Fund”, collaboration with socially responsible business, and social/public organizations of Zaporozhe our volunteer center is able to fulfill all the needs in the shortest amounts of time.

For the past two challenging months, voluntary center has processed and delivered humanitarian help to more than 1500 members of the community and citizens of the town. The amount of requests is only getting higher, but we are certain that with such supporting collaborations we will be able to help every single one!
