This time, the focus was on tapping therapy—a technique that helps relieve stress and improve emotional balance. A talented volunteer from our center led the session, introducing participants to the power of gentle touches on specific points of the body. The fascinating theory was accompanied by equally engaging hands-on practice.

In today’s world, caring for both body and emotions is essential. The harmony between mind and body plays a key role in maintaining a healthy and fulfilling life. During the masterclass, many participants experienced firsthand how quickly tapping can ease tension, boost confidence, and bring a sense of calm.
