Hanukkah is traditionally associated with abundant and delicious treats, and our volunteers made their culinary contribution to maintaining these traditions. Gathering in the cozy kitchen of the Kamianets-Podilskyi regional representation of "Hesed Besht," they prepared a festive dish for our clients – latkes (potato pancakes). The appetizing aroma filled the air, reminding everyone of the holiday and feasting.

Our wonderful women energetically grated potatoes, prepared the batter, and then fried the latkes in oil, chatting merrily, like members of one big family. The preparation of Hanukkah latkes became that special occasion when several hostesses successfully managed the kitchen together, and the result of their joint effort could confidently be called a culinary masterpiece.

Later, everyone enjoyed the taste of traditional latkes, feeling the love and care shown by our volunteers.
