Kindness in colors
The “Wave of Kindness” campaign transformed ordinary eco-bags into vibrant symbols of warmth, creativity, and good deeds
Our volunteer center joined the nationwide “Wave of Kindness” campaign - a relay of good deeds that we happily received from the Chernihiv Volunteer Community. This time, the event’s theme was deeply symbolic: “Carry Kindness with You.”
We invited children and their parents to decorate eco-bags. This simple yet heartwarming activity became a true celebration of creativity and good spirits. Each bag gained its own story: some painted suns and flowers, others hearts and symbols of peace, while some adorned theirs with bright patterns and messages of kindness. The result was unique creations that now remind their owners that kindness is always nearby and easy to carry with you - just like an eco-bag.
The atmosphere was warm and friendly: children’s laughter mixed with adult smiles, paints shimmered brightly on the fabric, and hands were covered in colors - yet this added a special charm. Every participant not only created a beautiful item for themselves but also took a small step toward spreading more warmth and light in our community.
We sincerely thank everyone who joined this event. Together, we proved that kindness is not only an action - it is also a mood, a color, and a symbol that can be carried with us every day.
