This year, Hanukkah brought new opportunities to our center. For the first time in the history of the "Jewish Hesed Bnei Azriel" Foundation, a Latkes Festival was held, leaving attendees with a sea of impressions and positive emotions. The culinary festival attracted both seasoned cooks and enthusiasts of traditional Jewish cuisine.

The event venue was transformed into a unique Hanukkah space filled with traditional music. Guests and participants were dressed festively, ready for new culinary adventures. The festival showcased a wide array of latkes recipes paired with sauces, dairy and mushroom toppings, forshmak, and beverages.

Guests eagerly sampled the dishes and exchanged their impressions. The celebration concluded with an awards ceremony where the efforts of all participants were recognized—everyone was a winner! This incredible Latkes Festival turned into a true feast of flavor and creativity, bringing joy to both participants and attendees.

Given the festival’s undeniable success, it will be expanded in the future to allow even more people to connect with Jewish traditions!
