Voluntary center Lutska Hesed Community – reliable backup! Day to day they are helping people in very challenging settings.

Every day, our volunteers collect data, do their research, organize humanitarian help, deliver all acquired materials, assist elders, find and organize places as temporary shelters for the refugees. This is just a little part of a great work that is being done by our volunteers.

Voluntary activities, now more than ever, have a huge impact on lives of common citizens. More and more people are ready to help to those that find themselves in complicates situations. In reality, when air-raid alerts are a common thing, people are scared to left their houses and nothing really works, volunteers are the ones that provide for those who aren’t able to do so on their own (people with disabilities, elders, kids).
We are grateful that there are so many people with courage in their hearts, with an empathic set of mind, who are willing to help others sometimes even forgetting about themselves.
