New techniques

In the framework of the "Sphere of Creativity" project, sessions were held to develop cohesive speech using mnemonics with children with disabilities.

The volunteers at the center in Kryvyi Rih are keeping up with the times, using the latest and most unusual techniques in their work. This time, children with disabilities, who were taught by volunteers to apply mnemonic techniques to develop speech, had the opportunity to experience the effectiveness of a modern approach to education within the "Sphere of Creativity" project.

Mnemonic technique involves memorizing information based on building associations. Thanks to it, various speech-related problems can be addressed. Children respond well to such an approach. It is noted that the formation of associations increases the memory capacity, which positively influences the child's development.

Experts emphasize that the use of mnemonic techniques significantly improves children's abilities. First and foremost, it expands creative possibilities by harmonizing the work of the right hemisphere, responsible for visual thinking, and the left hemisphere, responsible for logic. Additionally, self-learning skills are formed, and the child's self-esteem is enhanced due to success in learning.

During the session, the little ones enjoyed using this new useful tool, retelling tales and constructing sentences. Upon completion, they received a tasty gift - treats from the Chatty Box project.

We thank the volunteers for providing the opportunity to effectively develop the abilities of the young members of the community! We and society as a whole need versatile and harmonious individuals, whose upbringing is our main task!
