"Psychological Workshop"
As part of the volunteer project "Food Security," a psychological workshop was held for volunteers.
Times of change and challenges demand not only physical preparedness but also psychological resilience. Within the framework of our volunteer project "Food Security," we organized a meaningful and practical online psychological workshop with an experienced coach and psychologist.
Although our interaction took place in the virtual space, it turned out to be deep and substantive. Our volunteers had the opportunity not only to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of mental health but also to actively work on the question: "How to continue living in times of uncertainty and challenges?"
We focused on the following aspects:
- What am I not paying attention to?
- What worries me and how does it affect me?
- How can I draw support from others?
- What can I do for myself?
These questions, although complex, are meant to help us find clarity and confidence in challenging times. The meeting allowed us to discover personal meanings and directions that will help maintain emotional balance and overcome challenges with the best results.
After all, caring for our inner world is caring for our future. We are proud of our volunteers who actively strive for self-development and are ready to share their knowledge and experience for the benefit of all.
Let's continue to grow and support each other, as together we are stronger!
