Purim Joy

Volunteers from the Volunteer Community Migdal Odessa bring Purim joy to members of the Jewish community.

Volunteers from the Volunteer Community Migdal Odessa took care to ensure that members of our community could celebrate the joyful holiday of Purim in accordance with tradition. As part of the "Purim Joy" campaign, they prepared aromatic and delicious hamantaschen for their beneficiaries. As it is known, this baked good is one of the main symbols of Purim and reminds us of the liberation of the Jewish people from the Persians.

The volunteers gathered within the walls of the center, where they eagerly began their work. Soon, hamantaschen with various fillings were in the oven, and a wonderful aroma of freshly baked goods spread everywhere. Through joint efforts, the volunteers managed to bake enough cookies so that many members of our community could enjoy their taste and immerse themselves in the joyful atmosphere of the holiday.

Hamantaschen from the volunteers are not only a symbol of the holiday but also a symbol of unity and mutual support, capable of turning even the most ordinary day into a festive one! Thanks to the efforts of the volunteers, Purim 2024 became memorable for many members of our community, who had the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful taste of the traditional delicacy prepared for them with love and care!
