Purimmania: A Celebration of Joy

A charity show and disco for children from large families, internally displaced families, and the local community as part of the "Purimmania" project

Today, our center transformed into a space filled with celebration, joy, and genuine emotions as we hosted the "Purimmania" charity show and disco for children from large families within our community, children from Kherson, and internally displaced children who were forced to leave their homes.

This day was dedicated to children who grow, dream, believe, and especially need support and attention. Our goal was simple - to give children a sense of safety, lightness, and a true celebration where they could laugh, move, play, and forget about the difficulties of everyday life, even if only for a few hours.

The holiday of Purim reminds us of the story of light overcoming darkness. Today, that light was reflected in children's smiles, dancing, sincere laughter, and a sense of togetherness. If even one child became a little happier today, and if someone's heart found a little more peace, then everything was worthwhile.

We would like to express our special gratitude to the Jewish Volunteer League and to all the volunteers who contributed to organizing and running this event. Thanks to you, this day became bright, caring, and filled with genuine support. You are our strength, our pride, and an example of how collective action can change reality.

Thanks to the LEV volunteers, "Purimmania" became a true celebration of joy, movement, and warmth.

Because the greatest value for us is children - and their happiness today.
