Shavuot Celebration for Community Members

Shavuot at Ternopil's "Hesed Besht" was a vibrant and unforgettable event, thanks to the dedication of our volunteers.

Shavuot at Ternopil's "Hesed Besht" was a vibrant and unforgettable event, thanks to the dedication of our volunteers, who paid meticulous attention to ancient traditions. Volunteers from the "Mandragora" project prepared a unique aromatic tea infused with jasmine, blackthorn, and strawberry notes. This tea symbolized care and brought an atmosphere of warmth and coziness to the celebration.

Not to be outdone, the participants of the "Jewish Baking School" delighted everyone with their culinary masterpieces. The cheesy dishes were a highlight of the gathering, with smiles and rave reviews confirming their deliciousness!

The event reached its peak with a visit from Rabbi Nohum T., who brought a genuine Torah scroll to Ternopil. Men took turns reading the sacred lines with reverence, immersing everyone in an atmosphere of spirituality.

This Shavuot became a special occasion filled with joy, respect for traditions, and a profound sense of community unity.
