Yes, it is absolutely possible if you have a reliable team of volunteers! A united and dedicated group of volunteers from the Chernihiv Volunteer Community answered this question by helping prepare and organize a Shavuot celebration for our children.

The volunteers were true heroes of the event, taking on various roles. They manned different stations at the quest laboratory, told engaging stories, and gave tasks related to the holiday. They helped the children prepare delicious cocktails and conducted a masterclass on decorating festive ice cream desserts. They even acted as mosquito guards to ensure nothing spoiled the children's fun!

Thanks to the joint efforts of the volunteers and one dedicated Hesed staff member, we made this children's holiday truly bright and unforgettable for our kids. This is a story of how solidarity and goodwill can overcome any challenges and create a magical world for deserving children.
