The Beginning of Miracles
Hanukkah is a time when miracles can happen, and light and kindness unite hearts.
Hanukkah is a season of joy and wonder, and in our center, miracles unfolded “as planned” during our traditional Hanukkah marathon. Everyone, young and old, had the chance to become a kind wizard by contributing their small yet vital role in creating these miracles.
The magic began within the walls of the Rivne branch of HBF Hesed Besht, where children participated in a delightful culinary masterclass. The little chefs learned how to prepare traditional sufganiyot. Through teamwork and a shared desire to bring happiness to others, they achieved an outstanding result. Soon, the table was adorned with the most delicious and fragrant doughnuts!
But the miracles didn’t stop there! On the eve of this beautiful holiday, parents and children delivered the freshly made sufganiyot and latkes to elderly members of our community, spreading joy and treating them to festive delights, as per Hanukkah tradition. Thanks to our “wizards,” an atmosphere of warmth, family, and happiness filled the homes of our beneficiaries.
With Hanukkah came miracles that lit up every home, bringing light, warmth, and joy to all. We sincerely thank everyone who participated in the Hanukkah marathon for your care and desire to support those in need! We truly believe that miracles happen during Hanukkah, and each of us can be a part of that magic!
