The First Day of Light
The first day of Hanukkah was a special and joy-filled moment for our team.
For the volunteers of the "You Can Do More" project, the first day of Hanukkah became a truly festive occasion. Coming together, they began preparing for the Hanukkah fair—an event that creates a unique holiday atmosphere, allowing everyone to share bright emotions, good spirits, and, of course, acts of kindness.
One of the most touching moments was the lighting of the Hanukkah candle. It united everyone in heartfelt prayer and the recitation of blessings. This is a time of hope, anticipation of miracles, and days filled with joy and mutual support. The Hanukkah candle symbolically opened the doors to this long-awaited and beloved holiday.

A busy and exciting week lies ahead—one filled with kindness, gifts, and delightful surprises, all carefully prepared by our volunteers for those they support. Each day of Hanukkah presents a new opportunity to do good, share the warmth of our hearts, and uplift one another.
May the bright holiday of Hanukkah bring joy and warm emotions to everyone!
