The Holiday Is Near
Volunteers delivered matzo to the homes of those under the care of the “Chesed” organization, bringing them warmth, support, and a sense of unity
On the eve of Passover, the Hesed Chaim Charitable Organization team, together with volunteers from Volunteer Community Konotop, launched a beautiful holiday tradition - delivering matzah to the organization's clients. For many beneficiaries, this visit became not only an opportunity to receive one of the main symbols of the holiday, but also to feel the care, attention, and support of the community.
Together with the matzah, volunteers shared sincere wishes, kind words, and the warmth of their hearts. Each meeting was filled with live communication, smiles, and a special atmosphere of anticipation for the holiday.
Passover reminds us of the value of freedom, memory, and unity. It is especially important during these days to be there for one another, support those who need it, and share warmth that is capable of bringing comfort even through the simplest acts of kindness.
Thanks to the joint efforts of the Hesed team and the volunteers, not only the anticipation of the holiday reached the homes of our beneficiaries, but also the feeling that they are part of a large, friendly, and caring community.
May the light of Passover bring peace, warmth, joyful meetings, and hope for a better future to every home.
