The Joy of Purim

Volunteers of Odesa Volunteer Community Migdal organized a Purim celebration for members of the Association of Former Ghetto Prisoners

Volunteers of Odesa Volunteer Community Migdal created a truly joyful celebration for the Odesa Association of Jews - former prisoners of ghettos and Nazi concentration camps.

The festive Purim meal became a special moment of unity, warmth, and sincere care. The table was filled not only with traditional treats, but also with the sense of attention and support that is so important for everyone to feel.

Along with the festive atmosphere, participants also received gifts - symbols of appreciation, support, and kindness. These small but meaningful gestures brought even more warmth and joy to the celebration.

The holiday continued with music and dancing. Smiles, laughter, and genuine emotions filled the space, turning an ordinary day into a truly memorable event that will remain in hearts for a long time.

For people who survived difficult and tragic chapters of history, such gatherings carry special meaning. They offer an opportunity to feel support, remember the strength of community, and simply enjoy life.

Today, moments like these - filled with joy, warmth, and a love for life - become especially valuable. They unite people, inspire hope, and give strength to move forward.

We sincerely thank the volunteers for their care and dedication, and for creating events filled with light, compassion, and humanity.
