The action, which took place on April 9 in Saksahanskyi Park, became the finale of the week-long Marathon of Good Deeds and brought together more than 2,000 participants, 160 volunteers and 30 partners!

Throughout the week, teams of volunteer did good deeds as part of the Marathon - collecting food for animals and visiting a shelter for homeless animals, gathering books, organized events foucsed on environmental and ecosystem protection measures, organized activities for the elderly and much more!

A variety of locations from the partners of the overall event, where one could learn safety or do a good deed for society, professional hosts of public lectures, creative teams - all this created an atmosphere of an unforgettable holiday of kindness, which permeated every word and deed!

But the highlight of the event, in addition to the participation of the Patrol Police and the DNSN service, which made the kids very happy, was the assignment of the national record "The Biggest Plaid of Ukraine", as part of the "Blanket of a Thousand Hearts" campaign of the "Tangle of Kindness" project!

This blanket measuring 16 x 11 meters has been created by hundreds of project volunteers from different cities of Ukraine for more than a year as a way to draw attention to the problems of prematurely born children and, finally, won its victory!

But not only the Blanket of Thousands of Hearts became a record of the event!

The record was that in one day more than 2000 hearts simultaneously beat to the beat of kindness, justice and help!
