Trip to Donetsk Region

A fun program was prepared for the children, and for their parents, there was a game called "Conflict Cards."

Volunteers from the Kharkiv center organized a wonderful event aimed at supporting the residents of Druzhkivka in the Donetsk region. At the end of February, they went to them with an entertainment program for the little ones. Parents also had a surprise waiting for them - an interactive game called "Conflict Cards." The goal of the volunteers was to bring more joy into the lives of families experiencing difficult times.

The children eagerly participated in the entertainment program, supporting all the initiatives of the volunteers and enthusiastically engaging in the activities offered. Smiles lit up the faces of the children as they laughed and joyfully shared their impressions.

Parents also had a good time. Within the framework of the "Conflict Cards" game, volunteers encouraged discussions about dreams and talked about travels. Such activities allowed adults to open up and start dreaming again, despite the current challenging circumstances. The volunteers managed to create a comfortable and trusting atmosphere where everyone could freely express their innermost thoughts.

The wonderful initiative of our volunteers helped create a warm haven amid the ocean of February cold. Smiles and cheerful laughter helped melt the ice of negative expectations and fear of the future, at least for a while. Participants of the event received a powerful positive boost that will help them navigate through challenging circumstances with dignity.
