Tu B'Shevat in the Community
On the eve of Tu B'Shevat, volunteers prepared a special treat for participants of the family club – ginger cookies shaped like trees.
Tu B'Shevat is a wonderful holiday eagerly awaited by the members of our community in Khmelnytsky. This year, volunteers decided to delight participants of the family club with a fantastic thematic treat. They baked delicious ginger cookies in the form of trees.
To fully immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the New Year of the Trees, volunteers will conduct a unique workshop where participants will learn to decorate the cookies. This activity opens up endless possibilities for creativity and helps develop creative abilities. Everyone participating in the event will be able to create their own "tree-cookie."
Little members of the community can look forward to a vibrant and engaging interactive program with games, contemporary Israeli dances, and a quiz dedicated to Tu B'Shevat. The program aims to familiarize children and their families with the traditions and symbolism of the New Year of the Trees.
We are confident that this beautiful holiday will leave lasting pleasant memories! Joint events contribute to strengthening community ties and become a source of shared joy and fun. Only together can we support the community's traditions and pass them on from generation to generation. A big thank you to our volunteers for their contribution to the life of the community and the preservation of traditions!
