Unity, creativity and harmony
The women's club gathered for a true celebration, which became a symbol of unity, creativity, and good spirits
Together with representatives from Hillel Odesa, the Jewish Volunteer League, and the "Hesed Shaarei Tzion" Charity Foundation, we celebrated one of the most important Jewish holidays – Tu BiShvat, the Birthday of Trees.

The celebration began with an unforgettable workshop, which became a symbolic reflection of the theme of Tu BiShvat. Each participant created her part of a large tree – from the fruit to the trunk and branches. This tree became a true work of art, symbolizing the unity and prosperity of our community. Together, we created something big and meaningful, reminding us of the importance of natural balance and harmony in life.

Next, all participants took part in creating a natural eco-friendly face wash. Creativity flourished as each of us mixed ingredients, experimented with different elements, and created our skincare product. This was not only an interesting experience but also an opportunity to combine care for nature with care for ourselves!

The intellectual part of the event was equally captivating. Quizzes and competitions about the history of Tu BiShvat provided a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the traditions we preserve and pass down to our children.
The celebration concluded with a vibrant performance from Hesed – a stage filled with songs, dances, and poems that left everyone with unforgettable impressions. All attendees felt the importance of being part of this big family, where everyone can find support, inspiration, and strength together with others.

This day became not just a celebration, but a true holiday of the soul. It reminds us of the importance of mutual support, unity, and love for nature, which we must all protect together. Shared activities, the joy of achievements, and the opportunity to involve the younger generation in traditions are what make Tu BiShvat truly special.
