Warm Gatherings
Baking day, drawing test, and exhibition of works - how heartfelt meetings take place within the framework of Food Security
Every Tuesday, within the Food Security project, a special atmosphere fills our space - the aroma of fresh baking, the warmth of communication, and genuine smiles. On this day, we traditionally hold a baking day, always saving fragrant, freshly baked buns for our special participants. It has become a cherished tradition to welcome them not only with the warmth of our hearts but also with small culinary surprises.
Our boys and girls are true gourmets, and we gladly watch them enjoy every bite, sharing their impressions and good moods. After this delicious start, we dived into a short but meaningful five-minute session on the skill of maintaining balance - in movements, in thoughts, in life. We talked about the importance of attention and how it helps us in learning, communication, and daily tasks.
Next, participants faced an interesting creative task - the drawing test “Cactus.” Together, we reflected on why this plant is so unusual, who in life could be called a “cactus,” and what it can reveal about a person’s character.
The meeting concluded with a warm, bright, and very sincere exhibition of works titled “Summer - a Little Life.” Each drawing is a piece of the soul, a ray of sunshine, a drop of joy meant to be shared with others.
In moments like these, it becomes especially clear that what matters most are not grand events, but warm meetings, sincere conversations, shared creativity, and small joys that make our everyday life special. Together, we create a space where there is always room for kindness, inspiration, and smiles.
