Warmth, aroma and traditions

On the eve of Shabbat, our kitchen was filled with magic – the aroma of fresh baking and warm smiles

The coordinator of the "Shabbat Guest" project conducted a culinary masterclass where participants mastered the art of baking fluffy, golden pampushky for borscht.

With skillful hands, the dough became airy, like clouds, while the garlic sauce added an aromatic note that awakened the appetite. Each participant poured a piece of their soul into these small yet meaningful culinary masterpieces. Step by step, together we created delicious treats that we later enjoyed with pleasure at the table.

At the end of the masterclass, the soft and golden pampushky, adorned the table, a reminder that Shabbat is not just about traditions, but also coziness, care, and the joy of togetherness. Together, we didn't just prepare food; we created an atmosphere of warmth, love, and unity - so essential during these sacred moments.

Thanks to everyone who joined us! May every Shabbat be filled with warmth, good deeds, and the aroma of homemade baking!
