As part of the Good Deeds Day campaign, volunteers visited the city children's hospital to bring a little joy, warmth, and positive emotions to its young patients.
The children took part in a creative workshop where they made greeting cards featuring a stork in its nest - a symbol of home, care, and hope. The young participants eagerly cut, glued, and decorated their creations, filling them with imagination, dreams, and heartfelt emotions. The workshop gave the children a welcome break from hospital life and the chance to enjoy creativity and time together.
Alongside the workshop, the volunteers brought gifts for the hospital ward, including board games, books, and puzzles. These gifts will help make the children's free time more enjoyable, brighten their treatment journey, and bring them many more happy moments.
Meetings like these once again remind us that acts of kindness do not always require great resources. Sometimes, a little time, attention, and care are enough to bring a smile, lift a child's spirits, and strengthen their belief in kindness.
