Week of Kindness in "Women's Club"
Each of us is capable of good deeds, and they don't always require a lot of resources.
The Day of Good Deeds in our center stretched out for a whole week, during which good deeds "overflowed abundantly"! Our volunteers demonstrated their readiness to provide assistance and support in various forms, organizing wonderful events for those under their care. One of them was a culinary masterclass.
The masterclass took place as part of our center's ongoing project "Hang Out and Play." This time, the volunteers decided to share the secrets of making cabbage pies with their guests. Participants were able to learn the entire process from kneading the dough to preparing the filling and shaping neat pies, which were then fried in oil, filling the room with an incredible aroma! The rosy pies were then served to the participants of the "Women's Club" and elderly members of the community.
Just a few hours of teamwork, and the result brought joy to many people who gratefully enjoyed the delicious treats! The volunteers were able to integrate caring for others with an informative masterclass, uniting their efforts for a common cause! Such good deeds are undoubtedly important for each of us and for society as a whole! We thank the volunteers for their wonderful initiative and look forward to new good deeds!
