Conducting Organizational, Research, and Restoration Activities to Facilitate the Reconstruction and Renovation of the Holocaust Museum
The "Museum Stories" project aims to address the restoration of museums dedicated to significant historical events, such as the Holocaust, with the goal of preserving cultural and historical heritage and fostering patriotic education among the youth.
The project encompasses organizational, systematic, research, and restoration activities to update the Holocaust Museum. Additionally, tours, exhibitions, presentations, and educational sessions are conducted for various age groups, including educational events for youth with the participation of the older generation.
The main goals of the project are:
- Preservation of cultural and historical heritage
- Patriotic education of the youth
- Engaging senior community members in educating the youth by sharing their experiences
- Raising public awareness about historical events and fostering respect for them
Volunteer tasks within the project include:
- Participation in research activities aimed at studying and systematizing museum collections
- Restoration and updating of museum exhibits
- Organization and conducting of tours, exhibitions, presentations, and educational events
- Involving the older generation in the patriotic education of the youth
- Renovation of the Holocaust Museum
