Creating a Program for People with Disabilities to Ensure Opportunities for Communication, Development, and Participation in Hesed Activities
The "Step Forward" project aims to integrate people with disabilities into social life by organizing various activities that promote the development of physical, creative, and cognitive skills.
With the support of volunteers, the project organizes events where people with disabilities can develop their abilities. Activities include both physical training and various creative workshops. This creates an environment where individuals with disabilities feel comfortable and actively participate in social life.
The main goals of the project are:
- Providing opportunities for people with disabilities to develop physical, creative, and cognitive skills
- Social integration of people with disabilities
- Creating an accessible environment for socialization and physical activity for participants
- Raising awareness in society about the issues and needs of people with disabilities
The tasks of volunteers within the project include:
- Organizing and conducting events for project participants
- Supporting and assisting participants during various activities
- Helping with communication and social integration of people with disabilities
- Increase in the number of people with disabilities integrated into social life
- Development of physical, creative, and cognitive skills among participants
- Creation of an accessible and inclusive environment for people with disabilities
