The "Kind Guest" Project
Supporting underprivileged community members by providing hot meals prepared by volunteers
The main idea of the project is to unite community members of all ages through care, shared meals, and culinary traditions, creating an atmosphere of warmth and support where everyone feels like an important part of the Jewish home.
Project Description:
Within the framework of the project, volunteers prepare hot meals, including festive dishes for significant Jewish holidays. These meals are delivered to underprivileged community members, and communal meals are also organized within the community center. Elderly community members are involved in the cooking process, sharing family recipes, stories, and culinary secrets, fostering intergenerational connections and passing on Jewish traditions.
Project Goals:
- Provide regular support to underprivileged community members through hot meals.
