The main idea of the project is to cultivate a culture of health and active living within the community. Project Description:
The project includes sports events, nutrition lectures, fitness and yoga sessions, health workshops, and meetings with doctors and trainers. Volunteers, together with specialists, organize sports days, competitions, and group training sessions. The project also creates a space for knowledge exchange, mutual support, and the formation of a circle of like-minded individuals who value a healthy lifestyle.
