The “Dialogue of Generations” project aims to strengthen intergenerational connections, share experiences, and transmit spiritual and moral values through interactions between youth and elderly individuals.
Project Description:
The project regularly organizes thematic meetings, festive events, discussions, tea parties, and evenings of reminiscing. Both elderly community members and students and youth are invited to these events. Additionally, young people provide various forms of assistance to elderly community members.
Project Goals:
- Learn about the history of the people through real stories from the older generation
- Foster civic responsibility and respect for the elderly among the youth
- Preserve historical continuity
- Maintain and develop social connections within the community
- Attract new volunteers from among the youth
- Provide various forms of assistance to elderly community members
- Develop tolerance, compassion, and patience in the youth
Role of Volunteers:
- Spread information about the project
- Invite participants to project events
- Create a friendly and supportive atmosphere during events
- Attract new volunteers
- Acquire necessary materials for preparing events

- 60 volunteers involved in the project
