Traditions and bright emotions
Volunteers held a wonderful creative workshop for the children of the Jewish community, dedicated to the holiday of Tu BiShvat
This holiday, known as the New Year of Trees, is celebrated in modern-day Israel by planting greenery, highlighting the importance of environmental awareness.
However, in Ukraine, February does not yet allow for the planting of real trees, so our volunteers found an alternative way to capture the spirit of the holiday – together with the children, they created vibrant flowerbed cards made from colored paper. Each of these cards became a symbol of the revival of nature, beauty, and harmony.

The creative process not only gave the children the opportunity to express their imagination, but also expanded their knowledge of the traditions and customs of the Jewish people. They learned about the significance of trees in culture and history, as well as the importance of preserving nature.

All the works turned out to be surprisingly bright, filled with warmth and love! And most importantly, the children gained unforgettable experiences, had a great time, and immersed themselves in the magical atmosphere of the holiday.
We sincerely thank the volunteers for their hard work, inspiration, and desire to bring joy! Together, we are creating unforgettable childhood moments for the children, full of joy, positivity, and creativity!
