This one has juristically changed in the times of pandemic. Before we were able to visit our elders, help them with the house chores and share a worm meal together. Nowadays, we are trying to fit in the new reality of life.

Now, every visit to the elders should meet all the sanitary norms to protect them from any kinds of risk. We meet them outside and only in masks. Nobody is staying for a cup of tea, but we still try to support our friends while being safe.

Besides delivering food boxes, we also included some warm meals. In cooperation with Hillel Kyiv and the community of Conservative Judaism “Masoretes”, we have delivered several warm meals to the doorsteps of the elderly and disabled people.
