Eco Clean-Up

Community volunteers welcome spring with a collective effort to clean up the area for cleanliness and order.

Spring is always associated with renewal, and volunteers from the Shostka center decided to support the arrival of the "green beauty" by preparing fertile ground for it. With this goal in mind, volunteers embarked on a joint initiative to tidy up the area around the Jewish community building.

As it's known, teamwork makes the job easier. The participants of the initiative spruced up the sidewalks, cleaned the curbs of litter, dry leaves, and bushes, and cleared the area in front of the building. By disposing of numerous bags of trash, the volunteers prepared the ground for the arrival of Spring.

This initiative resonates perfectly with the popular Ukrainian tradition of welcoming Spring in cleanliness and order. Moreover, it's easy to do when there are like-minded people around. If each of us makes an effort to maintain cleanliness on the streets, we will live in a beautiful and well-kept city!

Thank you to the volunteers for this wonderful initiative aimed at caring for the environment. Thanks to this event, the world around us has become a little cleaner, and the mood of all participants significantly improved when they could see the results of their work!
