The "Wave of Kindness" campaign launched by Volunteer Community Ukr is gaining momentum, "covering" cities in Ukraine one after another. As part of the campaign, the volunteer center Vinnytsia Volunteer Community received a task from Mykolayiv Volunteer Noek on the topic: "Preservation and Protection of Eco-Systems."

Our center's volunteers demonstrated a creative approach and found a wonderful way to address the important issue of nature conservation and responsible use of resources. They organized a workshop for children, where kids learned to make reusable shopping bags and gained valuable knowledge about preserving the environment.

After the workshop, children began to perceive the issue of plastic bag usage differently - now they know that each bag poses a serious threat to the fragile ecosystems of our planet. Together with their parents, they learned to consciously approach the issue of preserving our shared "green home."

Continuing the wonderful eco-action was a cleanup of the area near playgrounds in the city of Kazatin by the efforts of volunteers. This initiative helped clear the space of litter, making it available for the emerging fresh spring greenery and flowers!
