Hanukkah Week - a time of miracles, and one of them happened in Kharkiv, where volunteers prepared gifts for the elderly. Large boxes with everything necessary for the cold winter awaited the wards.

Each box contained a warm blanket, a heater, warm socks, as well as Hanukkah candles and treats. Such a gift will undoubtedly help to stay warm on cold days, but most importantly, it is a confirmation of participation and care.

The volunteers handmade the Hanukkah candles. They became another symbol of support for those who especially need it during the festive season. The flame of such a candle will help dispel loneliness and make one feel surrounded by loved ones.

The preparation of gifts became an act of great care, as each box awaited the wards with both material assistance and invisible emotional support. We are confident that the gifts warmed our wards and gave them a lot of positive emotions.

With their care, the volunteers proved that everyone can work miracles if they empathize with others and are ready to contribute to the common cause. Thanks to them, a joyful and bright holiday came to every home where it was eagerly awaited.
