The "Barrier-Free Kaleidoscope of Talents" project is designed to help people with disabilities in terms of socialization, self-realization, and self-employment.
Project Description:
The project provides people with disabilities with necessary support in the form of informational, consultative, and technical assistance to showcase their skills, knowledge, and talents for further self-realization amidst a worsening economic situation.
Project Goals:
- Include people with disabilities in all spheres of public life
- Develop the creative potential of project participants
- Create conditions for the self-realization of people with disabilities
- Improve the quality of life for people with disabilities
- Combat stereotypes and promote interest in inclusive art
Role of Volunteers:
- Attract participants to the project
- Conduct creative events where participants can showcase their talents
- Collect participants' works for a talent exhibition
- Organize an exhibition where the public can view the participants' works
Project Results:
- Over 30 volunteers involved in the project
- Organization of a "Talent Exhibition" timed to the International Day of Persons with Disabilities
- Combat stereotypes in society related to people with disabilities
- Improve the psycho-emotional state of people with disabilities
- Socialize people with disabilities
